How to make the NAS completely open
I have my ReadyNAS Pro in a small Home office network with 3 different users all accessing the 5 different shares on it. I am so struggling to give everybody full acces to all shares. I somehow can't...

I've got a question related to this issue:
On my Duo i have all registered users in a group called "users".
If I have a share where there's only one user listed under "write enabled users" on the CISF-tab (no groups listed), and I set ownership and permission for existing files and folders to nobody/nogroup on the "advanced options" tab, will the files and folders in this share be available to other users (or even guests) regardless of the CIFS share access restrictions ?
Or will the CIFS share permissions take precedence over the permissions of files and folders in the share?
I have also problems with permissions on files and folders in the private home shares, after I (logged in as root or admin) were copying files and folders directly to the to the home folders of other users.
How do I set file/folder ownership and permissions to match the corresponding user on the private home shares?
Erlend.
