How to read X-Raid drive on PC?

Ixa - I did try removing drive 3 and it still would not boot up. The new drive 3 is on the list of approved drives. I do not remember what firmware version is on it but I am pretty sure it is the latest as I had the unit setup to email me when new firmware upgrades were available and I would always update to the latest when that occured.
