Also, when did you purchase it (warranty is 3 years).
I do not remember when I purchased it but it is definitely much older then 3 years old. So it is definitely out of warranty.
Based on the link you provided and looking at the back it looks like I have a NV+ v1. The model is RND4250-100NAS
