How to see Hidden Files on RN102 Web Interface
I backed up (using rsync) my Linux computer's home directory to a Share on the ReadyNAS (firmware version 6.4.0). There were a number of directories with names starting with a dot (period character)...

I could not locate on the ReadyNAS forum or NeatGear website any place to suggest a new feature; if someone could point me to the correct place to do it - I will enter a feature request; or someone just make the suggestion for the community.
Basically the needed feature is: ReadyNAS firmware needs to allow someone logged into the NAS as administrator via the web interface to access and change ownership and permissions on hidden files (files with names starting with a period). A user should not have to access the NAS using SSH to perform those actions.
Once a feature request is submitted I will mark this topic solved.

It is actually very easy to find, just choose "all communities", then "storage".
