Hi Knorske,
Which RAID is running in your existing volume (data drive)? Turn off the NAS and remove both disks. Put back the data drive where it was originally slotted into and boot it up. If it loads up fine with your data and Frontview being accessible, add the 2nd disk (clean) then wait for the resync process to complete.
