http acces to setup wizard ask for auth in loop

If it is in a loop, then you are entering the wrong userid and password. The software guide that StephenB provided the link to is for version 2 running RAIDiator 5.3.x. Since you are running 4.1.7, you have a version 1 unit and the user id is admin (cannot be changed) and the default password from the factory is netgear1. Anytime you do a factory default or OS reinstall it will return to this password.
