Yes & no
User accounts each have a private home share - automatically created by the NAS - that is named the same as the account, so in that sense yes it is possible to have a user and shar with the same name
But it is due to this that you cannot 1. Create a user with the name of an existing share and 2. Not create a new share with the name of an existing user (as it already exists)
Net result - choose a different username or rename the share
