I cannot change hostname on duo v2

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I cannot change&nbsp;hostname on duo v2. Device is up to date. I fill a field, press enter and nothing change, Always is empty,&nbsp;Firmware: 5.3.13&nbsp;Somebody can help me?&nbsp;&nbsp;

Where is the field you speak of, in the initial set-up wizard&nbsp;or afterward, in the General Settings in the network section of the System page?&nbsp; What name are you trying&nbsp;to use?&nbsp; There are illegal characters you have to avoid.

Using SSH post the output of e.g.# df -h
# df -i
# cat /etc/hostname

It's odd that the current host name doesn't show up.&nbsp; Makes me wonder if it contains an illegal character.&nbsp;&nbsp;mdgm&nbsp;'s recommendation of checking it via SSH is the best next step.&nbsp; If you don't feel comfortable doing that, does RAIDar show a host name?
