When you try to access a share from a windows machine, it sends the credentials you have logged in with, so thats the reason why it doesn't choose the NAS "domain" or your AD domain.
Is the users defined on the NAS or in an AD domain? If they are locally defined (on the NAS), I suggest you try creating users with the same logon-name and password on the local machines / domain username as on the NAS. This will bypass any login request due to the credentials being the same.
If you access the shares directly from a windows machine and check the security-tab on the folder or share you want to access, you can add specific users or groups there in the NTFS rights section. This is probably why you can't access it. Try changing it here (to either your domain username or the local NAS user / group)
To do this, you either have to log on your machine or share as username Admin (create a local user if you dont have one, with the same password as your frontview admin user, or enter the credentials) and then change the rights or ownership of the folders and files.
