That looks like an old case number in the thread title.
Sounds like a full 4GB root volume or some other reason for configuration becoming corrupt.
If you have SSH already enabled and can connect it's easy to investigate using that.
Alternatively there is tech support mode (a boot menu option).
There are a number of threads describing how to troubleshoot a problem like this (well at least dealing with the full 4GB root volume part if that's the issue, not necessarily with addressing config problems).
