Idrive Backup not showing files to backup
We have the system all set up and working just fine except for iDrive backup. I loaded it from the apps and it installed without error. It accepts the password for the iDrive log in (I have tested this with our paid and a free account) but it does not show any files to be backed up. I have removed and re-installed IDrive from both the app store and as a download from iDrives web site. I am on the latest firmware as well.
What am I missing??

What is the model number of your ReadyNAS?
How many volumes and shares do you have in the NAS? And hows the permission settings of these shares?

Is the NAS integrated to AD or just local? Maybe you can try on another web browser?
