IMAC - backup task don't work (remote - timestamp)

Hello everyone,

I wanted to schedule a backup Folder on my V2 duo (5.3.10) to go retrieve data on my iMac.
This does not work and after opening a ticket which is still ongoing, the bug has been confirmed by the level 2 support and level 3 support
the problem is transmited to engineers for inclusion in a future update.
There are 1 year ago , I already reported another bug (Key SSl does not regenerate even if IP is changed and applied) and since 2 updates have
published without any bug fix.
I am somewhat illusions about solving them. The support say me that the product is end of life longer and it isn't their priority.
Is a member of the community would have a solution via a SSH handling and editing files.?
