Ok. Just wanted to be sure you had firmware that support 2 TB drives (you do).
As mdgm points out, if the partition table is corrupt you are in a difficult spot. You could try the tools at http://www.diskinternals.com/ and see if they can recover any data from the C partition. The ones that do partition recovery (and raid recovery) are expensive though.
