Inability to update to firmware 6.10/8
I have firmware 6.10.5 hotfix on my 214 NAS. I have tried to update to update to 6.10.8 but have received the error message "File corrupted/not available". How do I work around this firmware update issue.

How are you updating the FW? Have you tried updating via the server by clicking the Check for update button or are you downloading the file and installing the firmware manually? If you are doing it manually make sure you are extracting the image file from the zip folder and upload the file to the NAS.
