Incomplete Frontview - reinstall firmware

You can do an OS reinstall from the front panel (not sure if that is what you did or not). That will reset your admin password (to netgear1) and also set your IP configuration to automatic (dhcp). It won't hurt your data.
You can of course also do a factory reset from the front panel, which will destroy your data, and require you to rebuild the NAS from scratch.

Did you log into the NAS shortly before the router swap? Just wondering if you are sure that the problem is related to the router change.
