I can proceed to connect the network but was concerned that stage one appeared to have failed so haven't gone any further. With no lights showing except the power, is it fair to assume that something has gone wrong - or should I just connect it to the network anyway and hope that all is ok.
I only bought it yesterday so if something is wrong I'm keen to get it back to the shop asap.
I'm also concerned about the specific drive not being listed under the compatibility list, so if this is the problem I want to take it back quickly again.
