Install trouble
I just received my Duo V2. Turned it on with a WD Green 1.5 TB WD15EARS and found Corrupt Boot in the RAIDar program. Turned it off and removed the disk and booted again. Now it said No disks detected...
After the edits to the post above, were you able to see anything in the volume section?
Have you checked to see if there's a firmware update for the drive itself?
Under the health status, are you seeing any SMART errors, such as ATA errors?
