Is there anotehr way to get SSH installed or modify the Virtual.conf file remotely?
You can access Frontview using FireFox. Set security.tls.version.min to 1 (browse to about:config and search for the setting).
I suggest using Putty to connect with ssh (Windows rejects the encryption options offered by the NAS)

I've never been able to get Firefox to work on any of my units using the TLS min 1. The only way I've been able to get into Frontview is using http://ipaddress/admin after modifying the Virtual.conf file.
I was able to boot into tech mode and telnet into the box, but then I was not able to find the etc/frontview/apache folder or the Virtual.conf file.

Did you also disable any internet security/anti-virus software running on the PC? Sometimes that software blocks TLS 1.0 connections (Avast is one that certainly does; there might be others).
