I have the exact same problem in a ReadyNAS Duo against OSX Lion.
I'm getting download speeds from the NAS in the kilobytes/s and uploads that I expect for a gigabit network.
The logs show that it thinks there is a network problem, but its strange that its only in one direction in that case.
