Is there a known issue between RAIDar 6.5 and Mac OS Big Sur v11.4

Hi..

Is there an issue whereby RAIDar 6.5 is not seeing storage devices with MAc OS Big Sur v11.4 ?

I can clearly see the shares and the ReadyNAS is connected and running on the same network via my router but the app never sees it when scanning.. I keep getting the following message

"RAIDar could not find any NETGEAR storage on your network. Check that your storage device is powered on and connected correctly. For more help, visit http://my.netgear.com."

Has anybody had the same issue or am I missing something ?

Thanks In Advance

Thank God I have found the issue..

My NAS had an older version of RAIDiator x86.. It had x86-4.2.13

I have now updated to x86-4.2.31 and the RAIDar app is now seeing it perfectly..

    Thanks again guys

    Hi joeymusaphia,

Not that I am aware of. If you have any security software on the computer, you can try disabling it and see if RAIDar can see the NAS.

      Hi John & Sandshark..

Thanks for your replies. I dont have any security software on this macbook. The firewall is turned off. The only app that I have close to security would be Clean My Mac, but this shouldnt prevent the RAIDar app from seeing the NAS during the scan. Im really baffled by this.

I did manage to get into the admin page via the browser but its not right that I cannot see it via RAIDar.

      Any other suggestions ?

      Thanks again.
