Wednesday last week the drive became corrupt (userfiles~0), I have been told I need to recover the data from the corrupt ISCSI Drive that is NTFS Format.
Is there any way to recover the files from the userfile~0 files from the RN4200.
All help greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
This can be done and I have written an article about it.

Basically, copy the iSCSI file to a local system, and then use image tools to mount it as a file system. Then you can run recovery tools on the resulting virtual drive, or undelete tools, or whatnot. :)
I was interested in this recovery procedure myself as I am thinking of using iSCSI but didn't know how it was working, so this was basic research for me, I didn't actually have a problem. It turned out it was pretty easy to solve!
I wish you good luck!
