Hello,
It could be why you are unable to connect to the ReadyNAS. You can change the load balancing option by performing an OS reinstall. After the OS reinstall the ReadyNAS will pick up DHCP. See if then you are able to connect to the iSCSI targets. The OS reinstall will also reset the admin password to default.
