Its not supported by Netgear as its not an official feature, so I doubt they will give you a step-by-step. I managed to work it out for myself, so I'm sure you could using the above. You can't do an harm using PuTTy to get used to browsing the file structure of the NAS. Once you work that out and how to copy a file from A to B, the rest is easy.
