JBOD setup, cant access second volume

How have you configured the drives, are they setup as 1 volume of 4 tb or as 2 separate volumes?
My understanding of the duo v2 handling of JBOD is that each disk is independent of the others ( each disk is a volume), in which case the NAS is responding appropriately.
Are you trying to add data to the second disk's volume?
