LAN connection not available

Trying to use ReadyNAS Repliacte v 1.2.0 on a ReadyNAS Pro4. For some time the Replicate failed. I thought there was an issue with the ReadyNAS Pro 4 box itself, so I decided to do a factory reset. I have re-installed the ReadyNAS replicate software again and setup a small test backup. 

I get the following error in the log

Can anyone please help me and let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Did you provision any snapshot space after the factory default with RAIDar?  If not you need to disable snapshotting in the job settings.
