Lifesupport Jedi Help Request #19746649
ReadyNas Pro on Lifesupport. Now what?
Seems like I experienced a double failure and the Unit is in life support mode after I replaced both drives. They are marked as spares.
What now? Can the XRAID-2 be pulled back together? It seems like the data is still there but I might only be able to mount in read-only mode.
The rsyc backups seem to remain in tact and complete.
Any Jedi's out there ?

- You should:
1. Open a tech support case
2. Indicate you have read and accepted the NetGear Remote Access Policy: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/misc/netgear_remote_access_policy
3. Put the NAS in tech support mode (http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu)
4. Mention the 5-digit number found on the LCD and in the Info (far right) column in RAIDar in your case.
5. Perhaps forward port 23 to your NAS and let tech support know your WAN (Wide Area Network i.e. internet) I.P. address
6. Post your case number in this thread. - URL to open a tech support case please.
