My ReadyNAS NV+ V2 Looses Connection about 30 min after it boots. It doesn't matter if I am streaming from it, or in the dashboard. It just freezes and I cant log back into it. A power pull is required to reboot it. Once it is rebooted it functions as normal for about another 30min. - Here is the info for it and what I have tried

Memory Test - Time it took - 3hr 40 min - Success!
OS reinstall - Success!
Drive Scan on reboot - Did find block errors - BUT fixed them all.
- Tried reinstalling OS again - Success!
- Removed - Transmission - Still Not fixed
- Removed - UPS - Still not fixed.
Tried Different Network ports and cables - Still did not fix
Tried Different IP Addresses - Both Static and DHCP - Still did not Fix.
Tried DHCP Reservations on the router - still did not fix.
I have the Log Files already Zip and waiting for an address to send them to.
I have to Mention, I tired to reconfigure the power management when this started to occur. Currently WOL is enabled, and Disk spin down is set to 25 min. With hourly management disabled.
Currently there is 3.7TB free. I really do not want to do a factory reset on this device, since I have nothing large enough to transfer these file to. Please HELP!!!
