Lost connection to ReadyNAS Duo but RAIDar can see it

I too am having this problem as of today - I can ping the device, however I cannot connect via the ReadyNAS frontview, which I do all the time and have never had any issues doing in the past. Cannot connect to IPaddress/admin either (this is the typical path I use at any rate).
I have not changed or upgraded anything at all and everything was working just fine last time I used it, which was last week.
The activity light is blinking madly, the blue power light is pulsing quickly (quicker than it usually does when acquiring network settings normally) however the disk lights are solid green and don't appear to be doing anything - thank heavens, as it contains my entire life on that device.
That said, I am slightly concerned as to the integrity of the data, to say nothing of the fact that I want to get access to the device.
I would be very grateful for any advice.
