I have an x-raid setup.....I did the following today......first thing this morning I ran a firmware update, after the update I did a hot swap on disk #3 (from 500 gb to 1 tb)...at 10:09 am the Raid Sy...
Still my guess would be that the problem is likely due to your disk having increased command timeouts.
