LUN icon missing on the admin pages
I upgraded the firmware on my NAS from 6.9.1. to 6.9.3 and now I can no longer see the LUN icons on the iSCSI Admin Page Someone an idea how to get those icons back? Kind regards, Adrie de R...

I tried to send out the logs by adding the zipfile to this reply. Then it complains that it has not a valid extension. Should be gif png jpg pdf

Not a good idea. There is some information in the logs that can affect privacy, so we don't want them posted here. Cut/Pastes of selected log info is ok, but the full logs shouldn't be posted publicly.
There are two avenues to get logs to moderators. One is to use the email address here: https://kb.netgear.com/21543/How-do-I-send-all-logs-to-ReadyNAS-Community-moderators The other is to store the logs in a cloud repository (dropbox, google drive, etc), and send a link to the zip files to the mod via a private message (PM). Click on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum to get to the PM feature.

It looks like your NAS has a broken connection to a domain?
Have you attempted to resolve that?
You've got a lot of users so you could start by trying to disable the local cache for AD users.
