mac can't access shares on RN10400 and password lost/forgotten.
Hi, I have four shares on my ReadyNas and I can see them on SMB connection. Worked fine until yesterday. Now, when I click on any one of the shares, I get a message "The operation can’t be com...
You can try an OS reinstall - that resets the IP configuration dhcp, and resets the admin password to "password", It should not affect other settings or data.

Did you check if the IP address of the Nas changed?

Once you are in, verify if the SMB is enabled for Videos, then check the permission settings of this share.

Thank you. I've done it all, worked well. Then had to update firmware. Now restarting. More than 30 minutes passed and still restarting. Any suggestions?
