ReadyNAS OS 6.9.4 doesn't exist yet. The current firmware is 6.9.2 and 6.9.3 is in beta.
So you've tried rebooting your Macs?
Have you removed any automatic mounting of shares?
Have you verified the login details in your Keychain are correct?

mdgm - Thank you for your help. It got me on the right track.
I miss-read the version of the firmware. It is 6.9.0. Rebooting the Macs didn't help. The shares are being automatically mounted and they are being mounted as user "quest". If I go in to Finder and click “Connect As”, I can enter a username and password and the shares become accessible.
I took a look at the Keychain Access and found that attributes Kind: was set to “network password” and Account: was set to “No user account”. I tried changing the Account: to my username and changed my ReadyCloud PW to my network login PW but that didn’t work. If you know how to sort this out please share it with me.
I’m going to set this aside until tomorrow and work on it some more tomorrow. At least for now we have a work-around and made some progress on it. Again, thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
