"Management Service is Offline"

F/W 6.2.4

We shut this down a few days ago so we could move site, now at new site it won't start up correctly and the problem is it has 4 disks on (2tb each - raid 5) and is being used as a iSCSi device for a 2012 environment with all their data on.

I have tried an OS reinstall but this made no difference.  It took a few hours to even start up, (went too bed so I have no idea how long exactly) and now it states via RAIDar the Managment Service is Offline.

When I try to access the web interface it gives me an offline error.  It has been forcefully rebooted a few times but now we're going round in circles and need the data so cannot format the drives.

Warranty expired end of 2013 so no phone support available.

PLEASE HELP !!
