Map root to windows drive - ReadyNAS NV+ v2
Hi, I have read lots of posts and blogs and tried lot's of stuff so please don't tell me to try google... Let's work out the perfect solution instead and thereby "become" a great google search-resu...
The most user friendly way of using the NAS would be to view it just as another harddrive and this is my goal. It is my own NAS so I do have access as an administrator. Still I get an error message when trying to access \\[NAS-IP]\c$... This wasn't the case before with my NAS. Do I have to add it to the workgroup or domain or something like this? Anyone who managed to get this to work under Windows 8?
