All ReadyNAS units have gigabit ethernet ports.
Did you buy the NV+ v1 (silver chassis) or v2 (charcoal chassis)?
Yes looking at the manual the router only has 100Mbit ports. You could replace it or put a gigabit switch between the router and your NAS and PC.
