media share set to webroot after 4.2.19 upgrade

I have the same problem. I downgraded to 4.2.17 but did not help.
I can now also not reach the webpage to config or update the rndu6000.
pls advise / help.
I did an OS reinstall using the reset button, that also didnt work. :(((
