media share set to webroot after 4.2.19 upgrade

I, too, am having this issue. I've modified the Shares.conf-sav, but it keeps getting over-written. And, to answer anyone's questions about where your media has gone, it did not get erased from the drive. I can still see all of my data via SSH, but am unable to see it via explorer. The DLNA still works fine.
Has anyone found a solution to this or perhaps what the rogue process is that is causing this issue?
