Migrating NV Disks after PSU failure

I opted for the straight reinstall and everything went fine. Two days later now and there is a problem. I will lay it out here but it may need a new post.

I've lost access to the unit through radar or web interface. I ran one back up job and started another but had to cancel it just after it started. Suddenly radar couldn't see the NV+. That never happened before. I powered down from the front power button and rebooted but it got stuck at booting (on the screen) with blue light flashing slowly, but no disks lit or activity light going. I couldn't get in through radar or web access. Network couldn't see server either. After waiting all night, I pulled the plug this morning and restarted. I thought all was fine as it said it was starting File check, and I got an e-mail saying Raid sync had started. However, 12 hours later, Radar can't see it, it still seems stuck on booting (at least the screen says booting). In addition, all three drive lights are on and the activity light is blinking like crazy. The power button is flashing blue slowly. Seems like it may still be Raid syncing, but I still can't get see inside. Not sure what to do now.
