Missing files/folders
I had the NV+ working perfectly with my new WDTV Live. So I added more movie files (mkvs) and I cleaned up my NAS by deleting some old movies as well. However, the WDTV Live did not see the new movies...
K, this is really frustrating.
Today, of the 15 movie folders, only 4 would display and only 5 movies out of like 67 showed up.
I got on tech support with WD and they had me create a new folder, it showed up on Live, then move a movie into it. I did, one movie that was not showing up in a folder was now showing up after I moved it to the newly created folder. Then, 2 folders that had been displaying were now not displaying. So it's like musical chairs, just with folders and files. They are stumped and told me to see what Netgear says.
If I tried it as a shared library the Live freezes. So the network server is my only option and that's flaky if it relies on a broken readydnla.
