Make sure user and pass are exactly the same it's case sensitive so best check, the other thing you can try is map the drive so it will show in windows as a mapped drive then you can browse it from computer on desktop, to map the drive open command prompt and type "net use t: \\192.168.x.xxx\c /user:admin passwordhere" without the "" and change ip to ip of your nas and put your admin password in, you can then check if your user home share is there if it is it would suggest that the user and pass you are using in windows is not quite right.
