What i am saying is On Duo v2 since Firmware: RAIDiator 5.3.5 this was changed the users private home shares do not show in frontview before 5.3.5 they did show in frontview, maybe its the same with Duo and Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.10 but if he can check to see if the share is there by mapping the Nas drive with admin credentials he will be able to see everything in the root of c: including the home folder with the users private shares.
