Cloud backup is possible (Crashplan Plus unlimited is presently $50/year for unlimited storage). However, getting that to work with your Duo is a bit tricky.
For 100 GB the most affordable option is to get a USB drive. You can connect the USB drive to the NAS and use Frontview, or you can connect it to your PC, and copy it over the network using a PC utility.
