Your ReadyNAS shares will appear as network folders on any computer in the network, so you don't need to log in to Frontview for this. Open the folder with the files in Windows Explorer and copy them to the USB disk as you would copy them from one local folder to another.
1. On a computer connected to the network, view your network devices in Windows Explorer (Start > Computer > Network in Windows Vista/7)
2. Your ReadyNAS should show up as a computer with the host name you gave it.
3. Double click it and navigate to the folder where the files are located (should be \\<ReadyNAS host name>\media\BitTorrent if you haven't changed the default location).
4. Copy the files to the USB disk as normal.
