Moving from SBS2003 to SBS2011 domain.

That should work fine as the login for Frontview (web-admin interface accessible e.g. via RAIDar) is not a domain login, but a special user on the NAS itself.
Even though data would remain intact, I would still make sure to backup your data first (you should backup important data primarily stored on the ReadyNAS regularly anyway). Particularly things like home shares (if you use them).
