MP3 files missing
I have a ready nas 104 running firmware 6.9.4.
I ripped a load of music cd's to the music share from a windows 10 pc.
When I came to review the folders in the music share all that was sho...
Just to clarify:
- Files are missing when you browse in the admin web ui
- The same files are missing when you look in file explorer
- Those files show up if you map the share to a network drive and do a DIR of the shared folder via CMD
Is this correct, or am I misunderstanding your posts?
If I point Groove (MS file player) at the supposidly empty folder it will play the files I would expect to see.

16 File(s) 151,907,908 bytescommand prompt dir viewThe mapped network drive shows just the MP3, it is missing Folder.jpg and two other AlbumArt*.jpgs. They aren't hidden, so the command line should show them.
Are you 100% certain that R is mapped to \\NASBOX\data ???
- It is nothing to do with the mapping. All the information is from the same share on the Nas server. The reason it is only showing mp3 files is that is what i put in a wild card
