That is most likely a hardware issue, not a firmware one. If your router/switch is a "green" one, that can make the problem even worse. Since you said "cards" (though there is no separate card), I'm assuming you've already tried both ports. But do try both ports, a different cable, and a different connector on your router/switch. If you have it on a switch and can try it on the router directly, that may also help, especially if the switch is "green" and the router not.
You can also try removing your current drives (marking them so as to put them back in the same order) and set the NAS up anew with a spare drive. If that doesn't have the same issue, then it is a firmware issue, and maybe we can find a solution short of a complete factory reset.
When this occurs, do you also experience issues with shutting down the NAS? If so, the hardware issue is likely with the 3.3VSB created in the NAS, not the Ethernet transceiver. Not that it matters much, as neither is repairable.

Thank you for the efford and time to comunicate i try both ports if i have the nas off and power it on then poth of the ports are working and i have full access for about 2-3 min then the network stops responding (i changed cables , i changed ports on the switch and i used other device in the ports to check if they are working switch is managed and working perfectly but nas stop responding to the network when i shut down the nas i get a mesage (do_exit+4e8) if ir emove power and ethernet cables and wait for about 15 -20 min to cool off then is working again for about 2 -3 min i did a reset and i reinstall the firmware same thing happens.

Warranty replacement does not require paid support (and paid support is not longer offered for any ReadyNAS).
You can ask for a warranty replacement via my.netgear.com.

Then you definitely have an issue with the 3.3VSB (3.3V Standby) power which powers the power on/off circuit and the Ethernet. The NAS should never get to that point, it's supposed to shut off before it does. While not truly "common", it is a failure I've seen reported here too many times and on one I purchased with that fault to see if I could figure a way to fix it (I couldn't without a schematic). It's good you are still in warranty. Get the unit exchanged, there is nothing more you can do.
