Nas 104 not been seen by windows 10
Hello I have the following problem that my ready nas is not seen by Windows 10. I can ping the NAS, Is he well served if I can then I 192.168.2.1 in touch in windows explorer not reach him. When I type this in a web browser I get the netgear page, at first glance I can see nothing wrong. He just worked with Windows 8.
What is the problem here, please help.

Problem is solved by the dutch helpdesk. The problem was that is has to with my credentials , i can reach now my nas by typing in 192.168.2.1 not via nas . It;s in ticket #25575099
They will ask to write an update of the firmware

I had that problem briefly when I first upgraded to Windows 10.
I installed SMBplus on the NAS, then set the SMB version to 2.1. The problem disappeared. Then I tried resetting the SMB version to 3.0 - and found I still had access.
I don't know if that actually solved my issue, or if it was coincidence - but there's no harm in trying.
