NAS 314 error tcp_ack+633

Yes both NIC's are in use, no they didn't get disconnect.

Thanks for sending it.
It seems your NAS volume is nearing full capacity. Have you transferred or deleted data already or any plans of expanding your volume? It can be one possible cause the performance of the NAS is getting degraded.
Also, the ETH bond is going offline that might cause packet drops. Possibly due to degraded performance or an issue with cabling.
Are you still getting the error? have you tried breaking the bond and using one NIC to check?

SO far the unit has been fine since yesterday - still resyncing.
I will try and break the bond.
I realise the NAS is getting full but still has 1.TB of free space -will look at this.
