I have replaced the memory but still the same Memory error.
The NAS is also out of warranty.
Because of this error does it mean that my NAS is no longer functional and beyond repair? If so, how can I manage to retrieve the information from the disks?

Assuming you replaced the RAM with the proper ECC memory, then it might not be repairable. Sandshark might have some suggestions.

It's possible but not easy.
You could purchase a 6-8 slot OS-6 NAS (516, 316, 426, 428, 526, 528, 626, or 628) and migrate the disks. Likely you'd have to purchase a used unit.
You could also get a USB enclosure (or a set of USB adapter/docks), and connect the disks to a Windows PC. From there you can use RAID recovery software that supports BTRFS (ReclaiMe). There is also some beta opensource for mdadm and btrfs, which can be used to mount the disks (free option, but might not be stable).
Similarly, connect the disks to a linux PC, and use the linux mdadm and btrfs.
