NAS hung while copying data on 6.2
I was copying some data (200GB) from backup to my Pro 6 on 6.2. I came back after a bit and the unit was completely hung. The only thing I could do was ping it. No SMB, no web UI, no ssh, nothing. ...
I am having the same thing happened to me with OS 6.2 on my ultra 4 plus while copying my data back to the share volume on the NAS drive via the front USB port. So far it has happened 3 times, the last time I was able to recover without rebooting the NAS device. I had the antivirus and the antivirus plus loaded when it first crashed, removed it then the only app running is the SMB plus or what ever is called. I am using TeraCopy to copy the data from the external drive via the front usb port. I will disable the app and snapshots in case that is that causing the problem. If you want to see my logs, let me know where to send them.
